The Diamond Room event space is perfect for small events of all kind. Here a few examples of events that have worked well in this venue:

As you can see from the examples above that the event venue can be used for a variety of events. Availability is open and we would love for you to host you next intimate event in The Diamond Room!

Cost

The cost for the room for four hours is $750. A $350 deposit is required at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to event. If remainder is not paid by due date the event will be canceled and reopened to the public for booking. Funds are ONLY REFUNDABLE if the food (tap here for catering menu) and beverage sales reached $3000. We offer three type of cash bar options:

  • Guests can pay for their own drinks

  • Drink tickets can be purchased in advance for discounted rate ($7 per person)

  • Open bar tickets can be purchased in advance for discounted rate ($40 per person)

All presold options will be applied to the total bar sales. (Note: options above can be used together for any event, i.e. Ten open bar tickets can be purchased for VIP guests and regular guests can pay as they drink from the cash bar.)

Customer will be provided with bar sales via print out or through mobile device at the end of the event. If the target number is reached the customer will get a full refund minus security fees. So if the event is a success the customer gets the venue free of charge!

Any event that is being promoted publicly and is not private in nature requires security. This cost is separate and is not included in rental fee. The security cost is $350 and must be paid a week before the event. If security cost is not paid by required time the venue reserves the right to cancel the event and NO REFUND will be issued.

Parking

This event space booking includes 20 free parking passes for attached parking garage. (Must pick up parking passes atleast 24 hours before the event.)

Rental Rules

Guests must be atleast 21 years old to gain entry after 9:30 pm. Renter is responsible for all setup and breakdown after event. Set up time is an hour before the event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
