The Diamond Room is the perfect venue for intimate events of all kinds. Located at 850 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44114, inside the Tiffany Glass Building, this space is ideal for smaller gatherings. Here are some examples of events that work well in this venue:

Cost and Payment
• The cost for the room is $1000 for a four-hour time slot.
• A $350 deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the event will be canceled and reopened for public booking.
• Refunds are ONLY available if food and beverage sales reach $3,000.
Cash Bar Options
We offer three types of cash bar options:
1. Guests pay for their own drinks.
2. Drink tickets can be purchased in advance at a discounted rate of $7 per person.
3. Open bar tickets can be purchased in advance at a discounted rate of $40 per person.
All presold drink options will be applied toward the total bar sales. You may combine options (e.g., ten open bar tickets for VIP guests and regular guests pay as they drink from the cash bar).
At the end of the event, we’ll provide a printout or mobile device report of bar sales. If the target is met, you’ll receive a full refund of the rental fee, minus security fees. Essentially, a successful event means the venue is free of charge!
Security Policy
For any event that is publicly promoted or not private in nature, security is required.
• Security Fee: $300 (not included in rental fee).
• Payment is due one week before the event.
• Failure to pay security fees on time will result in event cancellation with no refund.
Parking
This booking includes 20 complimentary parking passes for the attached parking garage. Parking passes must be picked up at least 24 hours before your event.

Rental Rules
• Guests must be 21 years old or older to gain entry after 9:30 pm.
• Setup Time: Renters are allowed one hour before the event for setup. No exceptions.
• Renters are responsible for setup and breakdown after the event.
